A wealth of experience gained since 1981 in the business of automotive and residential air conditioner has contributed to a profound understanding of our customers’ need with respect to high quality products and services at reasonable price. Our ever-increasing willingness to learn and to develop has well positioned SNC FORMER to be the leading manufacturer of air-condition parts for automotives and houses, including compressor parts for nearly all Thailand’s providers of such prefabricated products and parts. They are such as, Automotive Group: Siam Valeo, Nippon Denso, Halla Climate, Showa, Calsonic, etc; Air Conditioner Group: Fujitsu, Toyo Radiator, York, Daikin, MCP, etc; and Compressor Group: Siam Compressor, Matsushita Singapore, Daikin Compressor, Copeland, Kulthom Kirby, etc.

In 2003, we are moving ahead with 80% of production ramp-up to catch up with the economic growth of automotive industry which has been moved from its base in the US and Japan to Thailand, especially those GM, FORD, TOYOTA and ISUZU.

In 2004-2007, due to the industrial growth, the market of residential air conditioner especially those Japanese brands will see an increase in production rate of up to 30% so as to be competitive with other countries with high rate of production. The markets of automotive, residential air conditioner and compressor have expanded considerably, requiring SNC FORMER to speed up the quality enhancement for both personnel and manufacturing technology to better satisfy our customers’ need.

SNC FORMER’s administrative policy aims at serving customer and partnerships in a systematic manner and based upon well-informed decision. We believe that the development for all level of human resources will lead to an effective leadership of SNC FORMER staff at all level as well as cost-effective organizational collaboration towards achievement. We always take into consideration the continuity in implementing Quality Development Strategic Plan for Administration and Manufacturing as can be seen from many accreditations such as QS9000/ISO9002 from Bureau Veritas Quality International (N.A.) Inc. and ISO14001 from Anglo Japanese American Registrars on 25 January 2000, and the next prospects: SA8000 (Social Accountability) and TQA (Thailand Quality Award). The good quality in all these accreditations, we believe, has reaffirmed our leading position as the manufacturer of air conditioner and compressor parts, with steady development in line with internationally recognized procedures. In addition, this accounts for the achievements in the Vision and Mission of SNC FORMER.
