Withdrawal of Consent Policy

As you, the owner of the Personal Data, has previously given your consent to SNC Former Public Company Limited and/or its affiliate (the “Company Group”) to collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data, including to receive the Company’s information and news, in order to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 and other relevant laws (“Personal Data Protection Laws”), the Company Group would like to inform you that you are entitled to withdraw your consent previously provided to the Company Group by submitting the Company’s withdrawal of consent form (the “Form”). In this regard, if you would like to exercise your right to withdraw your consent, please carefully read the remarks included in this policy below before submitting the For and if you have any questions or require further information, please contact the Company Group.

Remarks

1. Upon your request to exercise your right to withdraw the consent, the Company Group will suspend the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your Personal Data which requires your consent prior to the processing, and will inform the agent or Personal Data Processor to suspend the data processing in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Laws.

2. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Data that you have already given your consent to and that was already processed based on such consent. In addition, the withdrawal of consent may affect the use of services, the receipt of information, or any other relations you have with the Company Group.

3. The Company Group may deny your request to use your rights in the case that your identity cannot be identified, or the documents submitted together with the Form are incomplete or incorrect, or the deny of your request is allowed by the Personal Data Protection Laws.

4. The Company Group will use your Personal Data provided in the Form to process your withdrawal of consent. This may include the disclosure of your Personal Data to the relevant authorities or service providers in order to process your withdrawal of consent.
